About Joel B. Dearing

Joel B. Dearing retired after the 2010 season from a 30 year and 40 season (combining women’s & men’s teams) collegiate coaching career. He remains full time on the Springfield College (MA) faculty, teaching full-time in the athletic administration graduate program. During his coaching tenure at Springfield College, Dearing established his program as one of the best in the nation. He finished with a 728-310 career record and .710 winning pct. for his women’s teams which ranks in the top 10 in NCAA Division III history.

USA Volleyball Level III Certification
